Improvement: 3% Body Fat Reduction Time: 3 months Program: 2018 Total Transformation Challenge - Summer Challenge What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)? My biggest challenge during the challenge was "time" because I have two jobs , two kids and I am a full time student ,but that didn't stop me from getting the job done , I considered this as "Me time " every time I go to the gym say to myself " this is Me time ". What motivated you to stay on the course? I see myself going from a size 10 dress to now a size 6 or 8. I had some of my favorite clothes packed in a box that I couldn't wear after I had my second baby because I had gained too much weight ,well not anymore honey .I got my sexy back and I'm loving it. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My diet changed completely. I use to eat at bedtime (not anymore).I now eat my heaviest meal on my lunch around 1 or 2 PM. When I go out with the family, they think I'm being too fancy because I used to go straight for the pasta ,now i eat grill salmon with veggies and other healthy options from the menu. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Be consistent and know that you're doing something extraordinary for yourself. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience has been amazing and fun too. I am still going to keep the recipes that I printed out and taped them to the wall in my kitchen to follow a good diet .my s elf discipline will remains the same on how I will continue to eat even if the program is over. |
