My biggest obstacle with this workout plan was showing up everyday and staying committed to the program. Luckily I had a wonderful group and an excellent trainer that encouraged me to stick to it. What motivated you to stay on the course? My motivation to stay on this course was my health and my trainer. Everyday he pushed me to do better and encouraged me every step of the way. He would always tell me that I could do it! Also anytime I would struggle with a certain workout, my trainer would modify it to make it a little easier for me. That was a huge help. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, it did! I definitely cut down on my sugar and carbs intake. I focused more on consuming fruits and vegetables. I also drank plenty of water and ginger Green tea. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? The best advice that I could give another individual is to STICK TO IT. Everyday may not get easier but everyday will get better. You'll feel better, you'll look better and you will be a better you. Always remember that you CAN do it if you put your mind to it and your heart in it. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience has showed me that pushing myself isn't a bad thing. Moving forward I will continue on this wonderful journey with my best foot forward. I will continue to conquer my goals and accomplish all that I can! |
