- Team with the highest average points win.
TTC RULES: POINT CHART
The Points Chart is a comprehensive grading system that rewards participants with points for everything they accomplish during the challenge. The goal is to reach 1,000 or more by the end of the program. Top prize winners will be the participants and the team with the most points earned!
- Personal Information: Participant’s initial weight / initial body fat percentage / and weekly weigh-in readings. No identifying information (Like name) is on Points Chart
- Weekly Columns: There is a column for every week of the program
- Miles: Read “Cardiovascular Challenges” for more details
- Weekly Points: Points that can be earned every week for the described activities. (Example, Weekly Weigh-In (25 / wk) means a participant can earn 25 points for every week they come in for a weigh in)
- Challenge Points: Points that can be earned for completing specific challenges. Read “Challenges” section for more details
- Total Points: Total points earned. Aim to reach 1,000 in 12 weeks!
- No Point Stacking: Challenge Points can not be added (stacked) on under the same activity group. (Example: If you earn 10 points for completing 25 crunches, and then you try again and complete the next level of 50 crunches - worth 20 points - then your total points for Crunches is only 20 points)
- Unhealthy Weight Loss: No points will be awarded for Weight Loss with participants who are within healthy body fat / weight range (Men 15-20% - Women 20-25%). Also no points awarded for weight lost in previous Challenge but gained back prior to the beginning of a new Challenge
- Point Reversal: Points earned for “Body Change” category can be reversed if the participant can no longer maintain the physical results. (Example: If a participant loses 6% of total body weight then he/she will earn 250 points.
