Service Policy
All services must be paid in full before the starting of the training program unless stated above. Each session is 55 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Session will start promptly on time and will finish exactly on time. 1-10 sessions expire after 90 days from purchase date. 25 sessions expire 180 days from purchase date. Client MUST give 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid session charge. Subject to change without notice.
Bonus Sessions:
Bonus free sessions are subject to permanent weight loss. If the client gains the weight back, then the bonus free session(s) are void and the client will be billed for the Bonus sessions at the standard rate of $75/hr. Bonus free session are part of the promotional "Before" & "After" special. Client must agree to the terms of the promotion in order to receive the Bonus free session(s). Subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
My commitment is to help you achieve your fitness goals. I will work my hardest to provide the BEST personal training service possible. If, at any time, you feel unhappy with the service, please let me know and I will be more than happy to make it right or refund your money. Refund applies to any unused sessions that did not expire. No refunds offered once sessions have been used or expired.
TTC Express Refund Policy
Due to the discounted nature of the service provided, all TTC Express programs are non-refundable.
