This is a list of points that you can earn on everything in the Challenge. This includes weekly goals as well as challenges (See FAQ below for the difference).
The challenges (strength, cardio, flexibility) must be performed correctly at the EWC in order to earn points. Stop by the EWC for more details.
Phase 2 Point Chart:
If you are a Finalist from the previous Challenge (scored over 1,000 points) then you can use Phase 2 Point Chart instead.
