This is a list of points that you can earn on everything in the Challenge. This includes weekly goals as well as challenges (See FAQ below for the difference).

​The challenges (strength, cardio, flexibility) must be performed correctly at the EWC in order to earn points. Stop by the EWC for more details.

Phase 2 Point Chart:
If you are a Finalist from the previous Challenge (scored over 1,000 points) then  you can use Phase 2 Point Chart instead.
