Challenge Details:
​Requirement:
A 10-question demonstration exam to show you understand the correct stretching technique for any muscle on the Upper Body or Lower Body stretching charts.

Scoring:
  • Must answer 7 out of 10 questions correctly to pass
  • Total Points Earned: 35 points
​Notes:
  • You may take only one successful test per challenge period
  • If you fail, you cannot retake the exam on the same day — you may try again on a different day
  • Clicking any stretching image will download the corresponding chart

How to Prepare for This Challenge:
  • ​Study the charts closely: Focus on body position, alignment, and the direction of stretch.
  • Memorize the target muscles: Know which stretch belongs to which muscle group.
  • Pay attention to form cues:
    1. Spine alignment
    2. Joint position
    3. Where you should and should not feel the stretch

  • Practice the stretches: Performing them helps lock in the visual and physical memory.
  • Use the “3 Key Questions” method:
    1. What muscle is being stretched?
    2. What position creates the stretch?
    3. What are common mistakes to avoid?

  • Review similar stretches: Some look alike — note the differences.
  • Quiz yourself: Look at a picture, name the stretch, target muscle, and correct technique.
  • Ask me if you are not sure about any of this.
