What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge was just walking! When I started I thought I could never walk the miles, at the end I am up to 18 miles in a week. I have never been “active” and the prospect of me doing something active every week was a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once I started, I noticed that I feel actually good!
What motivated you to stay on the course?
Honestly, I just wanted to look and feel good again.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes, my eating habits are not the same! I don't eat between meals, eat only healthy food no fats, no white bread, no cake, candy, etc. Definitely no carbs at night.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Go for it but remember what works for one person may not work for someone else, so be patient and keep on trying.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
I joined this program again for the simplicity it offered me. No long logs to fill out, simple email instructions, and the freedom to choose when to do my miles. Once I am done, it’s really easy for me to simply continue the same “Transformation” lifestyle!
