What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My challenge was the discipline of trying to maintain equal amount of time to exercise each week.
What motivated you to stay on the course?
I was feeling less tired and much stronger as the weeks progressed. Also the setting and achieving of mini goals served as intrinsic motivation, and the continued motivation and encouragement of our Trainer as external motivation.
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
Yes - my diet has changed. I have drastically reduced the intake of carbohydrates overall, but especially in the afternoon meals. My "biggest" meal is now breakfast.
What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
It is important to exercise, but managing diet is just as important. Reduce carbohydrates intake in evening meals.
How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Although I benefited tremendously from this my first experience in the challenge, I did not achieve all my goals. Hence, I plan to continue working on those goals.
