Pushing myself to have the energy and mindset to go do a 30-minute speed line work out after a 10 hour shift every day! What motivated you to stay on the course? Honestly my biggest motivator has been Rami! He always supports me , urges me to push myself no matter how small the task would be. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, my diet changed drastically. I do mainly a low carb, low sugar and high protein diet. I have struggled for years with my weight and I admit I had help this time with medication. But I am not just taking a weight loss medication, I am dedicated to following with a Doctor, going to the gym and working with a nutritionist. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Just stick to your plan. It’s your body and health that is the most important. Make your choice not to eat or drink something that you know can throw you off track. But don’t feel guilty when you take that one day to eat something that you normally wouldn’t, and when you do eat it, enjoy it and get back to your program tomorrow! How is this experience going to affect you going forward? It’s always going to be a battle for me in my mind because I have dealt with obesity all my life. But I feel better and proud of my accomplishments everyday now. With all the support and compliments I get everyday will help me to keep going forward. |
