Changing my diet and alcohol intake. What motivated you to stay on the course? My family. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I cut out sweets, limited my sugary drinks, cut out daily alcohol intake. I made it my goal to increase my protein intake and decrease starchy foods. I also increased my daily walking. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Accountability and consistency will help you reach your goals. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? The accountability jump started my new habits. Those habits encouraged others in my family so we will be able to continue to hold each other accountable to keep setting healthy examples. |
