My biggest challenge was being consistent with going to the employee gym and seeing a meaningful weight loss and feeling stronger. What motivated you to stay on the course? What motivated me was our Trainer, Rami and his consistent encouragement and teachings. I am also motivated by being consistent with myself while he was away. I kept all the routines that he taught me which helped. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! I still cheat once a week and I just keep up with my diet like eating breakfast and making my lunch the heaviest meal and then nighttime meal is something light like salad. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? The best advice I could give is be true to yourself know what your goal is and stay consistent. Being healthy is important and going to the gym helps me with my mental health. This has been a long journey. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Where ever I go in life now, I feel like I have the strength and knowledge that Rami taught me on how to lose weight and stay healthy. I can do it all by myself now! |
