Name: M. Schultz
Improvement: 10 lbs. Weight Loss / 4.8% Body Fat Reduction
Time: 3 months
Program: 2025 New Year Challenge

What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My greatest challenge was, being able to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I often found myself sitting in the parking lot playing on my phone until it was too late for me to do anything while in the gym. I am very self-conscious of the fact I have no muscle left after covid. Covid left me with little or no energy, lungs that will never be the same, and such low self-esteem, wondering if someone would make fun of my using feather weights.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
Rami is always glad to see me. he knows my history with the covid and the fact when I left JFK, I wasn't able to walk on my own and how hard it was to get motivated. Once I did show up, he would make time to help me with being a beginner. Once I seriously decided to accept this last challenge, instead of signing up and almost never coming back, I would come in and meet with Rami who would act like I was lifting cars instead of 2 lb. weights. slowly i have made progress due mostly to my trainer. Rami has been so kind to me and my fellow gym goers that I want to constantly achieve more, not only in the gym but in life too.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I work nights so there is plenty of time to snack. I have begun bringing some fruit and vegetables instead of cookies and chocolate. I still haven't been able to fill the slow times and not try to eat my fill of anything within reach. Everything in its time someone keeps telling me.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
SHOW UP!!!! Once I get inside and start doing anything I begin to feel better about myself and don't be afraid to encourage everyone in there with you. I have done it, and I have had people encourage me, especially when I attempt doing the classes
