I eat in moderation , more vegetables and protein - like carrots , spinach , oatmeal in the morning , smoothie- reduce the chicken and sugars - I eat salad and half potatoes..! Bp is down - medication was cut down ! And I feel good ! 50-20 ml of bp medications What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Start dieting right noel and eat healthy Go to jfk wellness - we hav good trainer - Rami.. How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
