The most difficult obstacle for me was to just get motivated and become disciplined enough to go thru the work outs. Once I established myself mentally it actually became a daily routine for me to hit the gym after work. What motivated you to stay on the course? My motivation was knowing that I am improving my health not only for me but for my family. The route I was going on prior to the challenge was leading me to increased health concerns as I aged. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes my biggest change was alcohol. I would drink cases of beer on the weekend. Now if I have anything it might be a glass of wine or one beer that’s it What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Follow the path and drink the kool aid. And the best advice I can give it to be disciplined and make it part of your routine. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? I’m ready for the summer TTC and my goal now is going to be to work on getting stronger. I have lost the weight, Now I need my beach body. |
