What motivated you to stay on the course?
Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Mostly. I refrain from eating white rice and flour dumpling as was my daily/weekly habit. I am more conscious of the times I am eating and the amount. I am more deliberate in my portion size during meal times. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Be consistent and stay the course. When the haters hate, remember your reason for starting the program and keep pushing. Continue to put in the work at the gym. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? This experience will allow me to maintain my positive nutritional habits. Continue to make the time to get in my gym exercises. |
