Realizing I had to modify my calorie intake was my most challenging part of my weight loss journey. Knowing that I was at my heaviest weight when starting the transformation challenge, I knew I had to make a lifestyle change. What motivated you to stay on the course? The "Gym Team" and our outstanding Trainers make it not only remarkable, but worthwhile! It truly is meaningful when the team encourages everyone to do their very best. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Making better choices doesn't mean you cannot eat your favorite treats. It's just not having the delightful sweets every single day. Enjoying more greens, protein, and fiber as well as drinking more water has truly helped my metabolism. Counting calories and staying active is a good way to hold yourself accountable. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? A new voyage is not always an easy step to take, but with promise and determination the journey will guide you to success.
