Boot camp....never knew what to expect, but I'm glad I stuck with it! What motivated you to stay on the course? My goal is to stay fit and tone. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Absolutely! Limit my sugar intake but treating myself once a week with whatever I'm craving. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Consistency is key if you want results!
