My biggest challenges were literally doing the challenges in the gym because you don't realize how hard something is until you get about 2 sets in and you have to push yourself. What motivated you to stay on the course? 100% the weigh-ins because I wanted to keep losing weight and not come back the next week and see that I gained weight that week. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! So, when I'm not on a diet I will literally eat everything. I love my sugary drinks, so when I'm on my diet I wont have any kind of drink with sugar in it just water and I'll put splenda in my coffee. When I'm eating I'm not really a vegetable person so I have to just count my calories and drink plenty of water and exercise almost everyday. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Just stick to your plan, even when you cheat you have to just get back to your plan even if you lost some progress. Also, in the beginning at least for me I will see positive results quick and after a while nothing will really happen one week so you can't get discouraged you just gotta keep on keepin on. How is this experience going to affect you going forward? It definitely helped my workouts, I feel stronger and more confident in what I'm doing. I also plan on continuing and doing Phase 2 of the challenge. |
