What was your biggest challenge / obstacle (s)?
My biggest challenge has been maintaining consistency with working out and eating healthy. I’ve struggled with staying on track during busy or stressful times.

What motivated you to stay on the course?
My motivation comes from wanting to take care of my body and stay healthy long-term. I know that what I do now impacts my future, so I try to stay consistent with exercise and healthy eating.

Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed!
I’ve made changes to my diet by focusing on healthier, more balanced meals. I try to include more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while cutting back on processed foods, sugar, and fried items. I’ve also been more mindful of portion sizes and staying hydrated.

What advice could you give to others that want the same results?
Start small and stay consistent. You don’t have to change everything at once, focus on making better choices little by little. Even short workouts and simple healthy meals can make a big difference over time.

How is this experience going to affect you going forward?
Living a healthier lifestyle can change how I feel about myself . It can improve my mood, reduce stress, and give me more energy for daily activities. Losing weight and staying active also helps build confidence and motivation to keep improving in other areas of life.
