My son not feel for couple weeks, and working around my husband and I schedule to get to the gym in the evenings. What motivated you to stay on the course? The desire to be a healthier version of myself and for my family. Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! Yes, when I stayed on track, I reduced my carb intake and increase protein and veggies. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? Stay focus How is this experience going to affect you going forward? The next time around I will be more successful no matter what challenges I face.
