The biggest challenge was starting the TTC class and stay committed for the duration of the class. One activity I found challenging was burpees but I stayed on task and remain focus. What motivated you to stay on the course? At the beginning of September, I set a personal goal after noticing I was gaining weight on all the wrong places. I decided to take action and signed up with the TTC class. Within a few weeks I gained remarkable results. I started to receive several compliments from my families and friends this motivated me to stay on course Did your diet change? If so, How? Please be detailed! My trainer and i discussed meal preparation and agreed on a well- balance diet. We focus on incorporating mostly vegetables and protein. And also established more structured meal time. What advice could you give to others that want the same results? I would encourage anyone who have a desire to start a TTC to just start. The benefits are not just on the physical body but your overall health transforms ie emotionally and mentally also. It also provides a structured environment that promotes discipline and goal setting these are all positive results How is this experience going to affect you going forward? Going forward I know that consistency is the key and i will remain on course to maintain the goal i had set. The result from this experience was rewarding therefore I will continue on this path after all who doesn't want to look sexy and cute and fabulous. |
